    B7100 Cracked Lift Arm

Good Day: While dragging some piles of dirt left over from a recent project I just cracked the right side (looking forward) lifting arm on my B7100. Does anyone have one laying around that they'd like to part with or any suggestions?

    B7100 foot throttle

Good day all. I bought my B7100 gear in non-working condition about 2 months ago and despite being tired and unfortunate looking, I've got her running as well as one could expect for a machine that probably has at least 4,000 hours on it. It doesn't have an hour meter so I'm only guessing. I...

    B7100 Dynamo reaveals crud

Thanks Hokie! A/C Delco wanted $49.00 per bearing (they're close) and O'Reilly's saved the day at $1.99 each with one in stock, and one set up for a store transfer. Once I got the case opened the bearings were intact, but frozen solid. A hydraulic press is a must for pressing them out and in...

    B7100 Dynamo reaveals crud

WOW, THANK YOU! You've just saved me a ton of time on a bearing hunt! Actually, I lucked out with that lower center nut.... I think the last time it came off someone gave up on it and didn't even bother putting it back on lol. I haven't broken the dynamo down yet to look inside. Instead, I...

    B7100 Dynamo reaveals crud

I'm still going over a 78ish B7100 that I picked up a month ago and playing catch up on fluids and the such. I honestly think it was a fuel and go machine for the past few years based on what I've seen. A slight belt tightening last night turned into failed Dynamo bearings this morning. I...

    b7100 injector pump leaking

I just did this job myself on a B7100 I picked up a few weeks ago. The Delivery Valve Holder closest to the firewall was loose as the PO tried bleeding the line at the pump and I had no way of tightening it with everything assembled. I just pulled the fuel lines then the Delivery Valve Holders...

    4 foot Box Blade Skidder

I had this set up on a 26 HP JD when I cleared some land for my house. I took a new box blade, had a cross brace welded in and bought a 2 foot receiver from a trailer supply house. The telescoping portion is heavy gauge box tubing with several holes drilled to lock in various positions. Can't...

    New to me B7100

Thank you. The line relaxes about 1/4" longer than needs to be. A one inch ratchet strap looped around the aft part of the line then around the front axle helped it shrink while a bottle jack raised it to the right height. Least favorite job so far lol.

So what's the secret to getting the threads started on the Hyd Screen Filter Banjo Bolt behind the right step? Bottle jack, prybar and swinging 1 pound wrench on my back while covered in hydraulic fluid just isn't working.

Thanks Sarge. It's definitely not one I'll worry about scratching in the woods lol.

    New to me B7100

Krusty LIVES! I buttoned up her plumbing and bled, and bled and bled. After several attempts and a few false starts she finally sputtered and spewed out clouds of nasty smoke. I'm sure a combination of air and old diesel has a lot to do with it. More reading tonight and some fresh oil tomorrow...

    New to me B7100

Haha thanks D2Cat! Hopefully after my next parts run to Kubota this afternoon I'll get her chugging again. The hours meter was replaced with a temp gauge so I don't know how many hours "Krusty" actually has. I just hope the injector pump and engine are in good shape. She was puffing white smoke...
