The fronts were the exact size as the stock ones for the b7001.

So I put the whole tractor up on blocks last night (I should have done this first but was not thinking straight). I couldn't hear the noise anymore. I'm thinking of putting the wheel, etc back together and seeing if I can isolate the noise. Maybe something my first diagnosis was incorrect...

I can't remember if the rears are different. I know the fronts are (and hard to find) so it only make sense the rears are too. I got my front tires from ME Miller Tire. www.millertire.com Since the rears are more expensive, it might make sense to buy 4 new tires. Just make sure your ratios...

Thanks everyone. The 7001 I have is a 4x4 and I was thinking the same thing as hodge. The tire that needs replacing has lots of side wall damage. I think I'll buy 2 tires if I can get them. I guess I'll have a spare should I ever need it.

I have a b7001 with one front tire that is in pretty rough shape but the other is in good shape. Is it ok to just replace 1 front tire or should I replace both so the wear on them is the same? Since I won't be able to find the original bridgestones that are on it today, I'll be replacing it...

That's the one I bought. The fixed lift arm was welded at the wrong angle but other than that, its been good. I also needed to buy two extra spacers or my b7001. Let me know if you want some more info or search for my thread on this subject ( from the spring)

Thanks Vic, It definitely looks like the leveling arm in this picture (picture 1) is at an angle. I think I'll need to get it re-welded once I figure out what angle it should be. Can you explain what you mean by: "You may need to grind away a bit of the tractors factory lift arm on the rock...
