There is a BT-602 for sale not far away but it is $500 more than the BT-603. Trust me! I have been watching for my 601 to come up for sale somewhere!

I posted earlier that my backhoe had been stolen. It was a BT-601. A guy has a BT-603 with a thumb listed for sale. How much work would it be to adapt it to fit my BX24?

I have retired now and the dealership I worked for has changed hands since I worked there so I have no access to new Kubota information!

It would need to be a TLB model BX. The backhoe won't mount to a regular BX.

Likely seat switch or wiring to it. Look for broken wires where the cable flexes as the seat moves.

The dry test tells you what the actual compression is. The wet test is to determine if it is the valves or the piston rings causing the low compression. If your numbers are correct your engine won't start. I recommend a leakdown test rather than a wet test because of the danger of damaging the...

Not a lot to go on, Could be as simple as the three point hitch lever too far back causing a load on the engine while trying to start?

I replaced 3 of them, all on L series tractors and all during cold weather and not plugged in.
