thanks!! My grandparents own a small farm where I lived untill I was 11, I always liked to work the land, and always wanted a tractor, they have a walkbeyond, this year a friend told me about the L2250DT and for an bargain price I knew I had to have it.

66 here, Raised on the farm till 11, Than dad started a construction biz, Setting in the seat of a HD-5 Crawler by 12, digging ponds/ basements.

Turned 72, and got my first-ever tractor last fall. Raised a city-boy but spent summers on granddaddy's cattle farm. He taught me to drive at 11, and my young thigh was so weak that I nearly threw him off the back when I tried to ease the clutch in. Fortunately that wasn't the end of the story, but I didn't end up on a farm and am not likely to do so, nor did I get a Ford... well, not an 8N, and I'm very unlikely to ever do that!

Just shy of 63. Got my first tractor last year with FEL and snowblower. Mow about 2 hilly acres and tired of lugging a wheel barrow and shoveling snow. Love the BX1870.

As a child I spent summers and christmas at the farm of my aunt and oncle i the north of Sweden. Not unusual with minus 30 centigrades in the winter. At that time they did not have a tractor just a horse with which to plow and cut the hay and rake it together for drying. Great to ride on a wagon full of hay. In the winter it was pulling timber from the woods to the frozen river. Otherwise I grew up in the city and studied to be a medical doctor. Married a doctor which liked to ride horses so we started a stable to sponsor our own horse, later horses. Understod we needed a tractor an bought an old grey Ferguson. Later on we cut and bailed our own hay. We also had a second home in the south of Sweden necessitating another tractor! This time with a backhoe which I converted to suit the MF35 I now have.
We no longer have horses but a winter home on Mallorca where I just bought my first Kubota a B6001 with a D950 engine as my retirement toy!

A ripe old age of 60! Grew up on a farm here in N Florida. Got introduced to tractors in the early 60's; a Ford Powermaster diesel. Since then I've had Kioti's, Massey Ferguson's and lately just Kubotas.

First off, I appreciate all the new members checking in here. Its been awhile since my last update. So with 44 new members sharing their age we are up too.....

52 years young....

So its looking like 52 is the sweet spot once again.
