I experienced a starting problem on day 2 of owning my L3200. I checked all the normal stuff, IE; HST pedal, clutch, seat switch, PTO disengaged, nothing worked. After many choice words, I determined the safety switch on the PTO lever is held in place by one screw on the side, this allows it to pivot and can be pivoted far enough to not be engaged when the PTO lever is moved. Seems to be a poor design, but it is now something I always check.
