B-36 tiller info

Hey folks, I'm new to this outstanding group. I recently purchased a b5100e with a b36 tiller, which is in bad shape. I have a diagram of the tiller from Messicks, but it's illegible; I did notice some kind of idler pulley, which on my tiller seems to be missing. Can anyone help me? A simple diagram would help alot.
