My tires are 14.9 x 28, so they required 53 gallons per tire. 106 gallons. At about 11 pounds a gallon that's 1166 pounds.

2 hours labor $165.
$339.20 for 106 gallons of Rim Guard.
That's $504 plus tax.
It is amazing how the price varies from one part of the country to another.

They wanted $860 yes $860 to fill 11.2X24 AG at the Kubote dealer in Standish Me.

Wow. Plus your tires probably hold about 30 gallons each, right? So after labor that's like $11 a gallon!

Yeah! slightly ridiculous! I can fill them myself. This was the price for having the tires filled on a new L3800 that I was looking at getting from them. Thay also wanted a ridiculous price fro the tractor. They screwed me twice this year on service work that I was not comfterable doing my self and twice on parts. I am done dealing with Wescott & Sons in Gorham Me. http://www.wescotts.com/

Just sold my rear old wheels and tires on Craigslist for $400. Glad to get rid of em. They take up too much room.
