Hi everyone, I'm new here. Used the forum a few times, lots of good info on here and finally thought I'd join up. I picked up my new project last year, a late model B8200DT with a factory loader and rear mount blower. The tractor has been great, and I have been doing some maintenance to get it all sorted. The only thing that I wished I had was power steering. So I've been looking at info on what others have done as the factory power assist was very rare and expensive. So I was trying to find a solution, then came across Fatjay's thread about him using a custom power steering setup. I am trying a different route and scored a b9200/b2150 power steering unit with the pitman arm and drag link. Is there anyone out there that has attempted this upgrade? The only thing im in need of right now is one of the power steering lines from a b9200hst "66363-41610". If anyone is parting out one or has the part please send me a message.

Could you have that line made locally? That might be easier/cheaper/faster?

Good morning- In my area there are several places that can make custom hydraulic hoses. I'm familiar with 2 of them, they're auto parts stores. They have hose, all kinds of fittings, and the equipment to put it all together. I THINK at least one of them is a NAPA auto parts store-

Right on, thanks for the replies. There isnt much space to run crimped hydraulic lines without them all getting in the way. I obtained two nos lines but one is for an hst and the other is for a geared one. The geared one is too long. I was debating on trying to modify it as well but i feel its easier to just get the right line. I dont want crimps and bunch of fittings that will leak over time. These original hard lines will last (in theory) for the life of the tractor. Besides all the linkages and stuff in the way its tedious to stuff it all in there. Are there any good known salvage yards people can recommend? I read somewhere on these forums a member, MountainMan has a bunch of kubota's?
Might send a message to "Mountainman" on this forum. He has some salvaged tractors in Alabama (I think).
