OK well the missing bolts are just the tip of the problem. It seems I had been avoiding the removal of the rear tire because of the wheel weight and loaded tire not I have to. The left rear lift arm the one that lifts the linkage for the deck, the ear that is attached to the linkage is broken off. So now I need that lift arm and I cannot find it on messicks site maybe its a MIA or no longer made,, anyway here is the digagram and the arm does not have a part number. Any help here guys?
And on top of that I broke my freekin glasses,,,, grrrrrrrrrr

OK guys more help,, I got the wheel weight off,, and the wheel after having to fix the impact wrench, now the linkage is off and none the worse for the wear from what I can see. And yes it is up on jack stands. NOW how the hell do I get to the lift arm I can see it, but between me and the snap ring is a big piece of black plastic looks like a tub of some kind,, and just because I cant find it in the drawing dont mean it aint there.. If you look under the finder, between the tail light and the cup holder thats where it is. I cant figure out how to remove the damn thing. Anybody have any ideas?

Well I guess this old body has to draw the line some place, and it has called defeat on this. Im going to put the wheel back on and strap up the deck and call the stealer. Old sucks big time, 20 years ago it would have been all apart by now.

You appear to be having too many problems lately, perhaps there is something going on with your health. Just throwing it out there and not trying to be a wise guy, I am simply concerned.

Yeah being old and crippled up might have something to do with it.
And no, I did not take your comment like that, just frustrated about not being able to do things,,, Now I understand what the old man went through.

I wish you were closer, I would come and give you a hand.
I exploded the second BX machine I bought in Feb/March of 2025 into piles and pieces out in my shop.
Simply because I still can, and I am cheap. I am also retired with available time.

Why would I pay somebody else when I have the skills & tools for doing it myself?
ROPS, seat, fender deck, foot pan, fuel tank, driveshaft, driveshaft boots, hydraulic fittings.
It isn't hard work, but I did tinker on the BX 2370 for a few days out in the shop.

Part time for about two weeks!
Between the workshop manual, YouTube, and this great Forum, you can figure out almost anything!
I have about 150 hours of mowing time on that second BX machine now, it's been mostly trouble free.
