First - that's a B7100 tractor with a B1630 front end loader (FEL).
Second - a little info would be nice, if known what year (they were built from 1976-1985), when's the last time it ran, how does it run, how many hours on the clock, last maintenance done (if known)? etc.

I apologize for lack of info. My father passed away and I have no idea how to work it, though I wish I did. I have to sell it to pay land taxes. It ran 2 yrs ago. Very sorry for the loss of your father.
Don't worry about changing the title, members here will understand. Is there's a neighboring farmer you could ask to see if they could try to get it started? It might sell quicker and for maybe slightly more if it runs. If I were closer I'd stop by. At least put some air in the tires if you can so they don't pop the bead - that is if they'll hold air. 15-20 PSI is all you need.
You may have already, but posting on FB, Craigs List, local papers, etc. may help also.
