EG and PG glycol/water based antifreeze including IAT, OAT, and HOAT types differentiated typically by color, green standard and a myriad of ELC types, are commonly recycled and accepted at local HHW stations where you qualify, generally by residence.
the other excluded types are specialty fluids for dielectric applications, oil base, transformer oil, PCB, etc.
of course a phone call or visit in person might be prudent if unsure what you have or what they'll accept.
companies that sell bulk recycled antifreeze make accept large quantities from private parties or at least tell you where they collect from.
our address in town and the farm are both in the same district and HHW disposal is free. was the same in orange county socal, they actually had a 'shopping' area where you could take used stuff for free.
good luck!
