The Kids hubby, got his WO4 today! The boy has worked hard for it, and she has put up with deployments and wondering where he was, and if he was going to come home in one piece or a body bag. He can't talk about a lot of things. So yeah I am as proud of him as if he were my own son....

He fly a whirlybird?

A tip of the hat and rise of a pint for his service. May God continue to watch over him and bless his family for support they provide.

When dad made WO4 he stayed about 2 more years, making 22.5 years total. Right around time he retired there was talk of adding WO5 to the ranks.

There's no greater feeling than knowing your kids are doing well and are good people. As a father that's all we can ask for. I feel your pride and am VERY happy for you, or daughter, and SIL.

No flyboy , he started a grunt USMC and worked his way up through LAR, and 4 or 5 trips to, and through the sand box. So yes Sir I am proud of them both, him for making it and her for putting up with it.
