I recently inherited a B2150 and have stayed on top of its maintenance, but I’ve hit a snag with the hydraulics. While moving hay, a banjo bolt failed, stripping the threads and blowing out the filter.
Since it's busy season, I performed a few repairs: I retapped the bolt to 3/4-16, swapped the rigid lines for flexible hydraulic hoses, and installed a universal filter from TSC. After refilling the system with fresh fluid and pre-filling the filter, I cycled the loader multiple times; the bucket lift and curl work perfectly with no signs of air.
The issue started when I tried to lift my rear blade to park the tractor—the top of the new filter housing blew clean off. Does anyone have insight into why the system is over-pressurizing at the filter specifically when the rear lift is engaged?

Probably because the filter you replaced the stock filter for is for suction and not for pressure.
Get the stock filter.
And DO NOT prefill the filter!

Unfortunately I cant use the stock filter when the first hydraulic issue happened it destroyed the filter housing and it stripped out the threading. So I had to change everything.

To start with, is your tractor a B2150HSD? It has a hydrostat transmission? Does it have a powered front axle?
Maybe we need to determine what actually happened to the original banjo bolt, causing it to fail.

My WAG is you have the lines reversed.

The tractor is and HST, what I dont understand is why the tractor is moving back and forth, and the loader is working properly, but when I went to lift the 3pt hitch, that's when it blew the filter and old banjo bolt
