No clue what you would call it. Filets of some eye round and sirloin tip.

Braised with some veggies, Merlot, thyme, garlic, little tomato, etc.

Smells great.

Having some roasted cauliflower and baked sweet potatoes with whatever that is…..

Throw the sweet potato and cauliflower into the mix and call it Mulligatawny. Which gives me an idea....

My mom used to make a porkchop dish that didn't have a name at first. When asked what it was, she'd say "damifino!"

Just a simple protein breakfast this morning.

3 farm fresh egg cheddar cheese omelet and venison tenderloin. Washed down with a cup of fresh hot coffee.

Wife tried her spin on chicken cordon bleu. Add in fresh green beans sautéed with garlic and onions. Quite tasty

Manicotti
with Italian sausage

Traditional 3 cheese filling kicked up with 3 links of hot italian sausage.

Dan - - I somehow got back to this from New Year's Day.....

All the stuff you make looks great and so well-refined.

For anyone to make their own manicotti is admirable. Pasta and filling are both very simple; but to make a manicotti takes some effort.

As a youngster cook, I was taught by some Italian chefs -- -manicotti with sausage in the filling is one I NEVER saw, but bet it was damned good..... 😋

I always look forward to your food posts, keep them coming.....

We're having Meatloaf Saturday or Sunday. I'll likely double it so I can have some meatloaf sandwiches...
