Loader valve hard to move

I got this loader that was sitting outside for years. I got the up down valve working good, the tilt is pretty hard to move and it sticks at the end of travel. I oiled the outside of it not much change. Anything i can do to get it working smoothly without taking it apart? I have not used it much at all. Maybe thats what it needs? This is the loader

If its not the linkage and the spools are sticking probably need to remove the end caps and clean up the positioners. DO NOT polish the spools. Good news is thats acsimple valve and easy to replace if things are pitted.
