I am having and issue trying to find out what the dark blue wire coming out of my regulator should be going to. All the wiring diagrams I can find do not show a dark blue wire.

Take a picture of what your looking at.
You should not have a dark blue wire going to the regulator.
Ok I will when I get home later tonight. Also FYI I have the OEM service manual, and on the schematic, it doesn't show a blue wire going to it.

How many connection does the stock regulator have?
if it's 6 leave the blue alone as your model doesn't use it.
