If you can find the original part number you can check with your local Kubota dealer to see if they might have a new one in stock. When I was getting ready to sell my BX22 the seat looked terrible. I contacted the local dealer with the original part number and they had 3 left in stock. They sold it to me for the last price that was in the book before it was discontinued.

It has been quite a while, but I found seats that could fit on my tractors at Tractor Supply with some weekend tinkering. They weren't exact matches to the OEM seat but they worked well.

Dealers frequently have new seats that were pulled to install air rides. Since they've already been paid for, you should be able to get them for a discount.
