Has EA / ”Ted” yet made-good yet on all the product for which he was paid and never delivered….??

Or, has he contacted those folks and given them a time-frame in-which he promises to make-good…?

Until that is confirmed…. I’ll never do business with him.

I never received an email from EA and I've bought a grapple, box blade, land leveler, tooth bar and tractor weights from them. :cautious: Not only that, I've always spoken well of EA, even during the financial $hit storm. I guess they don't want my business.
I bought a Fred Cain plow from EA and also haven’t received an email.

Mind you I'm extremely happy with the grapple that I have from everything attachments that I got in 2021. But given all the drama over the last year with them there is no way I would put down any sort of a deposit before I made another order with them it would be credit card payment when it's ready to be shipped. Going to take an extremely long time before I would trust them again.

I wanted to buy the EA 55 grapple but after reading all the EA BS I
bought the Catabwa 55 grapple that is very similar to the EA product.

I personally would not support any company that took advantage
of their customers.

The customers have been either fully reimbursed or had their order filled. They did not knowingly take advantage of anybody. Shit happens. Thats business. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

They need to make some safety improvements before OSHA comes calling. I watched just a few minutes of a shop tour video on facebook the other day. A guy was using compressed air to blow off some parts, no eye protection at all. Then a guy was tacking up (welding) something, a grapple I think. No eye protection at all.

Well that's interesting because I have read several people recently state they have neither been refunded nor have the received the item they ordered from EA. Not only that, how on earth could you possibly even know this information?

There's a time limit for CC reversals ! I think 60 days is the general legal time limit, though CC companies can go longer but NOT shorter, it's in the 'terms of use' fine print.
While some HAVE got their money back, others haven't AND if they NOT paid off their amount owing, got nailed the CC interest (20+%). It'd be nice to know IF a transaction was reversed , did the CC company ALSO return the interest on the unpaid amount? My guy says no.

I find it pretty funny when everyone is saying don't buy from Everything attachment - buy Catawba. It's a knock off of the same design. Actually you ARE buying from Everything attachments, Google the owner of Catawba... guessing but I thought it was his brother running it.

That's like finding something in our Quaker Oats that offend you and declare you will never eat anything made by that company again. Better understand what products Pepsico produces first.

The similarities between Catawba's implements and EA's, in combination with the locations of both businesses has made me wonder about a deeper connection between the two.

I've been an unabashed fan of EA products for the past four years or so and made five trouble free purchases from them including a Wicked 60 grapple, box blade, land leveler, tooth bar and suitcase weights. If I were in need of a new implement and EA made that implement they would still be on my short list but I would do my due diligence before ordering.

I've said this repeatedly but EA was/is the most transparent company in this space. You can only make the comments above because of that transparency. How many implement companies show their manufacturing facility, how many show extensive testing or discuss the reason behind the designs? Many can't or won't because their shit is made in China, or is made by some conglomerate in the US, and all they do is receive it, put stickers on and sell it.

Ted has his faults, but I've never walked in his shoes so don't know what challenges he faces on a daily basis, but what I do know is that I've spent $10k on EA products with no regrets. I still hope that EA makes a full recovery and that any customer's wronged by EA are fully compensated.
