Little confused at what you mean?

I think the answer you're looking for is yes?

You will need to support the back half of the tractor as the frame does not extend beyond the engine.
and you will need to remove the front frame from the motor to remove it.

To chase a rabbit for a second, are these engines sleeved? Can an in-frame rebuild be done?

No not sleeved, so yes you could do pistons, rings, and rod bearing change with the motor in, if it doesn't have cylinder wall damage.
And if you're going to need to work on the crank and main bearings the motor must come out to get the crank out the back.

And to get the engine away from the loader and transmission, the front and rear frames have to go - Look for the TL1300 loader in the factory parts list.

Yeah I did an L47 engine once. Had the old engine up until about 2 months ago, sitting in the corner of the shop just gathering dust and donating a bolt or two.

you have to remove the backhoe, front loader, canopy assembly, subframe, then it's just a glorified L series tractor and standard engine R&R practices apply. But getting the loader and backhoe off can be, interesting and then the subframe assembly. We had forklifts at the shop to do all that stuff and I'd consider some sort of lifting device mandatory for removing the loader. IF engine runs you can use hydraulic pressure to pull the backhoe off; if not, gotta lift it off.

Good reminder of why I don't miss working on tractors.

Sorry I didn’t explain. I bought a L47. It seemed to run fine but after about 40 hours I started to hear a knock near the rear of the engine. I took it to a mechanic near me and it had 30 pounds of compression on cylinder four. We took the head off and found cylinders 3 and 4 were scored. We took the pistons out and the rings seemed to be seized to pistons. I talked to Messicks about an engine to replace it but we can’t identify what engine is in it. Tractor data.com says it has a turbocharger and my engine doesn’t. I was told it was a 2019. Engine Model V2403-CR-EF09 is on a sticker.

Tractor data is an independent site thats information is wrong on more counts than it's right.
That tractor is computer controlled
It is not turbo charged.

I don't know why you think you need an engine?
You don't need an engine, you just need a rebuild on the one you have.

The model number and serial number are stamped into the engine. V2403-CR-E4-TLB1
