M108x 4x4 not engaging

Hi everyone,

on my M108x the 4x4 is not engaging.
When I activate switches the lights
4x4, front diff lock (physically works) and the bi speed lights on dash come on. Fuse under dash good.
Lifting the front end of the tractor up with the loader and backing up the front wheels won’t turn.
Solenoid?
Propeller shaft coupling? (Shaft is in housing so I can’t see if it is turning.)
Any help is appreciated.

Why would you come here looking for help before sliding the shields back and looking at the drive shaft couplings? The number one culprit in such cases.

It was the first thing I thought of. When you read his question what was the first thing you thought of?

My first thought was to empower him with the WSM!
