Kubota D950 engine

Hey all, I picked up a replacement d950 engine for my bobcat, the engine I got as far as I know came put of a kubota tractor, it's also a d950 but there's a few differences to the engines, was hoping someone on here could take a look at the pics I've post and explain what is attached to the side of the injector pump on my replacement engine?

the old engine has what I think is a fuel pump, where as the replacement engine doesn't, is it just a matter of swapping it on?

Front is tach drive, yes just swap plates.
And yes that's the lift pump, again just swap.
Also swap the stop plate above the lift pump so that your linkage will fit it.
Looks like the throttle linkage is the same?

Before you get carried away, might be a good idea to CLEAN the new/replacement engine while it's out. Maybe tighten any bolts...just in case.
Easier to see where the leaks are cause I bet once installed it'll be a tight squeeze.

Yeah thanks for that, il give it a good clean and check over, I heard it running, it's running well, I'm in ireland these engines are getting g so hard to get, ended up finding this one at a very good price

They are getting hard to find in the US too.

And doing a proper rebuild is pricey!
