Looking at a L3400

Hey folks,a friend is looking at buying a L3400 with 1960 hours on it,it looks to be a very clean machine but the rear wheel seals appear to be weeping slightly on both sides,It is the 8 speed model,should this be a concern or normal to this model ?

Not much of a concern on the seals leaking, but an easy fix.
I would buy it without any worry.
