add a grapple

I am thinking about adding a grapple to my Kubota b21 can I hook up the the back connectors to the backhoe and open and close the grapple from there. Please advice new to tractor and hydrolics

Do you have a loader with a SSQA or is it a "pin on " model?

Pics of your machine would help with answers.

Sure sounds like it would be a pain to operate with one hand on the loader joystick and the other working the remote.

If your talking the loop for the BH, then NO you have no way to control it.

Personally, I wouldn't monkey around with the BH controls.... Like mentioned, it's gonna be a pain in the arse to work with.

You can either buy (or make) a 3rd function or a diverter valve...... pros & cons to both.... do your research.

I went with a 3rd function and an artillian single grapple arm.

You need an additional control valve for the grapple. You typically plumb it in right off the loader valve.
