You wouldn't need to pull the block to hone it, you can do it in the tractor.Thank you for the reply and link. If the cylinders are in spec would it be best to pull the block and hone the sleeves prior to new pistons and rings?
You need to use a compression hone and not a ball home or a spring hone to do it.
If you go that route I can tell you where to get one.
