I am having trouble with my tractor shutting down after a few minutes of running. It is a 2016 M6060 with roughly only 500 hours.
It all started a few days ago. I had a leak in the fuel hose near the tank. I was able to cut off the bad section and reconnect. I ran the tractor about 2 hours after that with no issues. Then it just shut down (like I turned off the switch). It would start back up and run fine for 2-3 minutes then shut down again. This went on for about an hour. I decided to replace the fuel filter and screen in the water separator bowl hoping it would fix the issue. After replacing I ran for about 30 minutes and the same thing began to happen. I talked with a local mechanic and he said I had air in the system. I bled the system as per the manual and tried it again, same thing. Let it set overnight and the next morning it took a while to crank but once it did it ran about 15 minutes before shutting down. When I try to accelerate the engine it will throttle down after about 1 minute then shut down.
Sorry for the long post, new here. Any help would be appreciated.
