L2050 no power anywhere

I have a L2050 that has been very well kept but has been sitting for the last 2 years. Battery is good and I have 12v at the starter but no dash lights and it doesn’t turn over at all. Fuseable link is good all the fuses are good. where do I even start to look.

Has the battery been sitting for two years? If so, it's likely the culprit.
Even if it shows 12 volts at the starter lead it could be dead. Do the headlights work? if they don't, or are very dim, then it's the battery or else corroded battery cables. Check both ends of both cables.

Battery is new no lights anywhere come on. Headlights or flashers

You might also want to check for potential rodent damage to the wires.

Get a test light, helps a ton on finding electrical issues.
