I have opened the boom cylinders to reseal them and they were in bad shape. The inner seals on the Head were almost totally destroyed. In looking at the Kubota WSM drawings, it shows 3 seals. One would be a wiper, one a rubber seal and one a kinda flat seal. It does not show me how they are arranged. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In the mean time I am going to try to get the correct seal package as the one shown on almost all sites, 75545-63600 which I ordered, has the wrong seals. Again, thanks for any help.

The seals you removed are a wiper seal, an o-ring, and a backup ring/seal.
The seal kit replaces the o-ring and backup ring with a one-piece oil seal. The open end of the seal faces the piston.

Thank you! That gives me some relief. Kubota shows 75545-63600 as the seal kit, however, the WSM shows 75545-63400 which looks like the correct kit. Guess I'll order one tomorrow and see.
