We are still getting used to this Forum and getting our new MX5400 set up.
The MX5400 is AWESOME!!!!
We receiver our Tractor with rear tires filled with water/antifreeze. Purchased a LA1065 and HEAVY DUTY Bucket with 3rd Function Valve. We also have adapters for Flat Face and Pioneer fittings.
We Got the BH92 with a THUMB along with a 18" & 10" Buckets AND QD for them.
Also have a 6" Rock rake for the 3 Point.
Looking to get extra rear weights when using the Root Grapple. Don't know if getting Suitcase Weights or a DYI 30gal Drum filled with concrete or steel contected to the 3 Point System.

We recently received a Spartan 72" Professional Root Grapple
72" Wide Root Grapple Attachment | Spartan Equipment

Along with a 72" FHM IGN Tiller
71" Heavy Duty Tiller, FH-IGN180 | Betstco Sales, Parts, and Service:

And a Set of Titan Pro 60" Forks
Pro Series USA Made Pallet Fork Frame Attachment | Titan Attachments (palletforks.com)

Going to start working on building a Four Post ROPS with a Canopy. Just need the Steel to weld. Already have 42" LED Flood & Side Spots for the front & rear top canopy.
Bought a 72" X 6" X5/8" Steel Plate hardened 1055 Carbon steel with beveled edge to add onto the bottom of the LA 1065 FEL Bucket. It already has a plate like this welded on, but adding this BOLT ON as extra.
When we are done with all the modifications for this Tractor it is going to be "one of a kind"

Sounds like fun projects await you. You’re going to love the MX. it’s kind of a Goldilocks tractor platform: not too big, not too small. And very capable. Please post photos of your project as you make progress.

Congrats, nice tractor. I’d buy an implement for the weight on back. I do road maintenance, and so I’m partial to a rear land plane. You might be better off with a rear blade or box blade.

Anther option for rear weight, when required.....

Buy a cheap ,basic 'carryall' frame and use it to lift a skid of weight. I have 2 skids ,one light the other heavy. Grab whichever is best for the task at hand. For moving mulch, light is used, for gravel, heavy is used.
Nice thing about this setup , is that you can decide how much weight and it's EASY to hookup the carryall and the TRACTOR lifts the skid of weight so YOU don't have to spend %^&**%% time getting the heavy ballast box on.Sure ,when you're young you don't mind trying to line up the 3PH parts juuuuuuust right BUT come back when you're 70 and say 'gee that's fun, hooking up in the freezing cold, snowny ice or icy snow going down your pants, fogged up glasses and oopsy WHERE did that 3PH pin go ........

try to work smarter , not harder.......

We have a lot of trees and tight areas and really don't want to keep the BH92 on for weight. We do have weighted tires but when using the Root Grapple would want some extra rear weight.
ANOTHER this does anyone use a QD on their 3 Point? We only Rake and Tiller for now and if it is worth it to put a QD also if we put a QD on it can we attach Suitcase weights to it????

Sounds like a good Idea to just hook a skid up with weight on it. I am looking for all the options.

I still have the Tiller & Grapple in the shipping boxes.
I am also dealing with home projects-the garage door right spring broke and I broke a few Ribs last week.
Plus we Bred our Male Bernese Mountain Dog to our Female Great Pyrenees and the pups should be due October 8th so have to build a Birthing Pen.
Pictures will be coming!
