error code p0606 flashing

The flashing error code p0606 on the display.
What is it?

Have you changed the battery lately?
Or had battery or charging issues?
It's a ECU Issue.
First thing to do is check the battery connections.
Second check the setup options on the dash, having wrong setting in there can cause issues.
Next you'll need dealer assistance to get to the bottom of it.

Thx for the quick response.
Twice in the last month i had to charge the battery. The tractor wouldn't start. On one occasion, the tractor was used 3h before before if happend.

Try putting a new battery in it and check the Dash settings.
This is a know issue and sadly it's possible the ECM has gotten damaged.

How do I check the dash setting? The operation manual doesn't say anything about this
How will I know if the ECM got damage...the p0606 code won't go away?

There is a TSB that addresses this concern which should be performed first.

Warranty for 8 years from the date of sale.

If the error is still present:

Issue
P0606 and P0605 indicate a power or communication issue with the ECU. When these codes occur, the tractor may crank over but not start, and Diagmaster may not connect to the machine.
Solution
Before completing the below steps, refer to TSB-2023-035-E. If the problem persists after completing this bulletin, refer to the steps below.
1. Clear the codes from the intellipanel (refer to Mode b in the WSM). If the codes return, proceed to step 2.

2. Inspect the engine ECU connector for any moisture, corrosion, or other damage to the wiring or pins. Check that all pins in the engine ECU connector are tight and in place. Check for bent or backed out pins, or broken off wires where they go into the connector. Pay close attention to pin 50 on the engine ECU connector (red wire). Make sure it is secure and tight in the connector and no corrosion is present. If inspection reveals no abnormalities, proceed to step 3.

3. Plug the engine ECU connector back in, and with the key on, check for battery voltage on pins 4, 6, and 71 of the engine ECU connector. Voltage should be approximately battery voltage.

4. With engine ECU connector plugged in, check voltage at pin 50. With the key on, voltage should be less than 1 V. With the key off, voltage should be approximately battery voltage.

5. Remove the engine ECU connector and check continuity to frame ground from pins 1 and 2 of the ECU connector. Resistance should be less than 1 ohm.

6. If all of the above tests are within spec, this indicates a faulty ECU.

6B ...have DEALER install ECU and new battery, cause if YOU do and it goes 'poof', well goto 6A again....

That a bit conplicated for a novice like me. Where is a good place to buy the full specs manual of my tractor. Ex. I don't even know where the Ecu is and the ecu connector! ..then i need to locate pin 50.
Any chances that just replacing the battery will fix all this??

You need to get it to the dealer to get the warranty work done per the @whitetiger post above assuming it covers your tractor

Hello, thx for your help guys. I put a new battery and the flahing error code p0606 is still there. Do i need to reset anything? The user manual doesnt say anything about any reset.

Update the ECU software and clear the code.
