The manual states that you should change the HST Filter every 200 hrs. The Hydraulic/Transmission oil and hydraulic oil Filter only has to be changed every 400 hrs.
Can I get some advice in how to only change the HST Filter and minimize the oil loss?

Regards

You should only lose a little oil if changing the HST filter. The hyd. is a different story.

The HST filter is pressure-fed, not gravity-fed like the suction filter. When you remove the HST filter, you will only lose what is in the filter plus about a cup of hydraulic oil.

The vacuum trick on my M59 gave me a nice bath in 15 gallons of superUDT. My skin on my back never felt softer. Smells better than diesel and old grease too!
