Due to a clearance issue (FEL landing gear "cross-brace" was hitting the mounts ears) all welds were cut apart and ground off back to flat edges.

Mocking it up again.

After a bit of resizing, welding it back together.

Primed, painted, and back in-place. No more clearance issue.

Nice job!

Did you tack it together, remove it and weld it?

Or just weld it in place?

What welding method?

N.Y,
Nice job. I don't have a loader on my BX but made a grill guard, snow plow mount, front hitch, and chain tie down points a couple years ago. First 2 minutes of this video have some pics and how it mounts. Uses a KFI plow.

All clamped, then I threw a blanket over the front, tacked at all ends of each piece, removed, then welded it up.

MIG .35 wire
I ran out of .28 tips for my smaller wire.
