Installing new hour meter, touched hot wire on alternator and blew 50 amp fuse, replaced fuse and now hazard lights are flashing with power switch off and light switch off, also glow plug light is flashing in sync with lights?

Sounds like you shorted out something else when you touched the wrong wire!
Little late FYI disconnecting the battery when your doing electrical repairs is a very good idea.

Yes I agree, I have ordered a new ignition switch and will install it asp, I have pulled the dash out and checked light switch assembly and the blinker cube apart and the board is good and all appears to be good, going on line to find wiring diagram must be an open relay somewhere else in the system.

ouch, could be a costly 'learning lesson'.......
I downloaded the PDF, didn't see an hour meter,so this is a new install and not a replacement ?
If so +ve of meter is usually tied to switched +12, -ve to the oil pressure switch. IE parallel to the existing 'oil pressure light'.

with 'weird light show' happening, I suspect some wires have shorted.

In your trouble shooting disconnect whatever you connected and also disconnect the alternator and see what that does for you.

Yes it is a new install on the hour meter, the mechanical cable driven one for rpm&hour was broken.
I believe the problem is in the 7 pin hazard/turn signal light flasher cube, because when unplugged the light show stops but then my dashboard doesn’t work so I am in the process now of getting a replacement flasher cube, it appears Kubota has linked all three components together, it would have been nice to know that on the alternator
The main red wire is hot all the time and the other two are linked back through the flasher and ignition switch, I now have the hour meter hooked to the second red hot wire coming from alternator and appears controlled by ignition switch off and on. Will definitely reply back answer when the problem is solved, don’t want any one else to go through this.
