I can’t really help you, but I can make a couple observations for what that’s worth.I have watched 5 videos and none of the pistons looked like mine

I bought tractor used.I ended up taking hard parts to a repair shop and for 38 bucks he put mic to them and went to the book,then to abinet and installed the right o rings and seals.Job done...Thanks to allI can’t really help you, but I can make a couple observations for what that’s worth.
I think it was assumed that you bought the seal kit from Kubota. Aftermarket is always a question mark. Perhaps you would want to contact the seller and see what they say.
Second is are you sure that the cylinders on the loader are original? I would bet they are. Did you buy the tractor new or used? If bought new, then you know the answer to that question.
