I saw this on a face book page. The shop had to have the owner sign a liability release before they would let him leave their shop.
Owner adamantly refused to fix the problem. They even offered him a new steel wheel and tire at cost so he would be safe. He said I came for an oil change and your not up charging me for anything else.
