1st get the wiring diagram from the WSM !
2nd explain WHAT 'ELECTRICAL ISSUES' you're having
3rd post without 'caps lock' on... FYI...all caps means 'SHOUTING'...
Further to what Jay has posted, you also need to provide more details on the tractor you have. For example, cab or no cab, transmission; manual, GST, HST. Each of these different models has different wiring diagrams.

L6060 nst cab issues battery is fully charged and the area back of the cab where the instrument panel is, is totally dead. Normally you could press the hazard switch and signal lights would flash. I have drawings I am going thru but to no avail, so I am having a Kubota tech. come and I think it might computer or engine control unit problem.
If nothing works, you'd need to check the large slow-blow fuses and electrical wiring/connections near the battery. The computer has nothing to do with the hazard lights.
