Been there, done that!More toolboxes than I know what to do with.

I'm pretty much at my limit. I have room in the three phase panel but it would pop the single phase breaker for the converter or 3 phase panel, maybe both if I added more breakers.I want that old Haas!!! How muxh of the 30HP RPC does it consume?

I’d forgotten about that thread. I contributed but also have a hatchet and camp axe.RCW- I love estwing tools, although mine are all the newer plastic handles.
Old thread:
Estwing Tools
CaveCreekRay & RCW mentioned Estwing hammers in the Cast Iron Thread. I am a big fan of these tools. I had an uncle who was "Handyman to the Stars" and when I was about five, I was "helping" him pound nails in scrap lumber. I missed, and damaged his wood handle hammer. He was very understanding...www.orangetractortalks.com
I've even added a couple more since then.
DITTO !!!!I'd post a picture of my garage, but I am out of Polorid film for my camera. The only thing that I will admit to is that I got a call from "Got Junk" asking if they could use my garage for a future television commercial. I told them that they didn't have enough trucks to take everything away. I pride myself on knowing what is in there and where it is until I have help trying to help me reorganize it to gain more room. When I feel up to it, I list larger items on Craigslist or Marketplace and hope to sell them. Sometimes I get a response and other times not so much.
I like that!! Simple, neat and accurate!Having recently pulled the hydraulic pump from my tractor showed me that the gasket scraper I had on hand in the high country was dull, dull, dull.
It was a little large & awkward for the Baldor alox/diamond tool grinder conventionally, and freehand was not going to yield the results I was looking for.
So I got outside the box and used this setup to get a straight, even, precise edge.
The left side of the grind looks burned blue, but it is not, just shadowing.

Bill - showing my ignorance (per the Mrs., comes easy for me ), I haven’t a clue what most of that stuff is.Was up in the high country for the holiday weekend (and several days before & after) and picked up this pile of tools/supplies at a garage sale.
Angle plate, 3x4x6 blocks, v-block, toolmakers vise, 1" R8 arbor & cutter, 7 R8 collets, 8 5C collets, 1" collet holder arbor w/11 collets., c"drill set, box of machine knobs, 3 diamond grinding wheel dresser, set of two tapered cutters w/lube, a bunch of angle blocks, hose clamp assortment, 10-24 SS screw assortment, a goofy radius grinding fixture (3rd from left, top row), 2" combo Superrench, 3" 6 insert cutter w/R8 shank, and the gold nugget of the lot, an actual Wahlhaupter boring head.
Some of it is new, some of it is rusty, all of it is dirty, like someone sprayed it all with oil & then stored it in a dusty environment.
I will clean it up as I get time.
Bought it all for $20.

Great haul! That boring head alone is easily worth 10X what you paid for the lot.Was up in the high country for the holiday weekend (and several days before & after) and picked up this pile of tools/supplies at a garage sale.
