Matt if you need tires along with the wheels already mounted,,,
This is the way I am going and I checked the book again and all it says is 85w140 gear oil. This old manual is written like you are talkin to your old Uncle Fred,,, lol

Those wheels and tires are not correct. The horse has a 1” wheel shaft and takes a 16” tall tire. This is what should work. Edit to add, the hub of these wheels isn’t long enough. See reviews for pictures.
I have spoke to this guy with Lawnmower tire store, about tires for my Junior, he was very helpful without needing to be.
Ahhhhh sooo I havent gotten that far to measure the axel but thinking about it they do look larger than 3/4.. I did get it all pressure washed off and it looks red for the most part,,lol
I have been a tad under the weather , this weather makes it hard to breath sometimes, so I have been trying to get in touch with troy bilt on the no time limit warranty,,, I killed the battires on both my portable phones waiting on hold,,, Yeah I know its silly,,,,,,, but stilllll Old people aint got nuttin better to do
Yep I got one wheel and it is going back, thought I was ordering 2 but nope, and yeah I dont want to butcher up one wheel and weld it to the new one so it will work. Guess I will search for tires to replace the old ones,,, I should have known, it was going to good
I just sold my old horse on Craigslist for $100. Switched to raised beds and haven't used it in 6 years. Seals leaking on it also but new tines and motor guard. Can't believe it started after sitting 6 years with bad gas. I had 10 replies in the first hour. People still want them, got back what I paid for it 17 years ago.

Praze be to the garden gnom,, she is back together and, IT LIVES,,,, but I knew it was going along to well, started up tines turn, it trams,, kicks up dirt,, I am a happy duck,,,, BUTTTTTTTT, come to a grade ,yup it shuts off,, ok maybe needs more gas, check oil for the 3rd time, fill tank and bingo fires right up,, kick up dirt, come to a grade dies,,, hummmm I wonder,, disconnected the oil sensor switch and BINGO we be jammin!!!
So in conclusion if you do a heart transplant on your troy-bilt tiller and use the HF 212 predator motor disconnect the oil switch, but keep an eye on the oil. And wouldnt you know it, after I bought it, the dayum thing went on sale

yes, have done 3 'upgrades' and oil sensor had to be disconnected.. Either that or LEVEL your garden ....
