I own a L3901 Kubota tractor and recently purchased a 72" Pinnacle Series box blade from Homestead Implements in Jamestown, NY. I am having issues with the turnbuckles rubbing on the rear tires. What am I doing wrong?

Looks like those are the Cat2 mounts. Move your arms in and insert pins there. Should get the turnbuckles away from the tires a bit.

The lift arms should be In this position.
As Matt Ellerbee pointed out the outer slots are for hooking up to a Cat 2 hitch, while your L3901 is a Cat 1.

The turnbuckles may or will need to be elongated to reach the new position - you still want a little bit of movement once the pins have been moved.
