M6 Hydraulic Sensor Issues

We are having continuing issues with hydraulic sensors (not sure what they do) being pushed out of the housing on our M6-141. The first time it happened was in 2021 for a module not much larger than your fist located under the floor of the cab. The entire part had to be replaced for a cost of about $3,000. Last February, the sensor got pushed out of the 3rd function control block which is located behind the steps on the right side. The repair cost for that was about $1,800 from the dealer. They essentially replaced about a dozen components in the 3rd function control unit. After running the tractor about 4 hours, it happened again. Due to it being over 30 days after the last repair, they will not warranty this. So I am looking at doing it myself as anyone can replace parts. The problem is that I do not have a service manual and this component appears to be part of the loader (LA2255).

The Kubota site shows a replacement part that includes the entire module, part number 7J441-78114, but it costs a small fortune.

Does anyone have any similar problems with this component? Pics are attached of the part that is failing.

We raised all sorts of hell, as the costs of repairs over the years was more than $5000. So the dealer discovered that the 3rd function valve was installed incorrectly from Day 1 that we took delivery. But I do not know what was installed wrong and do not understand how that could happen so am not 100% sure what the real problem is

IMO it is a flawed design in many ways and we were going to remove the 3rd function entirety to fix it

So the dealer discovered that the 3rd function valve was installed incorrectly from Day 1 that we took delivery. But I do not know what was installed wrong and do not understand how that could happen so am not 100% sure what the real problem is

My Problem was when the dealer installed the 3rd function remote, they left the metal gasket between the main control block and the 3rd function block. This allowed the orings too much tolerance and they blew out. The gasket kept the pressure in the block and pressured the portion where the solonoids are located. The pressure pushed the plastic connector out of the control block. I wil try to post pictures tomorrow.

My Problem was when the dealer installed the 3rd function remote, they left the metal gasket between the main control block and the 3rd function block. This allowed the orings too much tolerance and they blew out. The gasket kept the pressure in the block and pressured the portion where the solenoids are located. The pressure pushed the plastic connector out of the control block. I will try to post pictures tomorrow.

I took the metal gasket out. I installed new o-rings and everything is great so far. I feel like the problem is solved. You will not solve the problem just taking the solenoid cover off and replacing the plastic connector, it will blow out again. The connector part number is YW037-01150.

hmm, i was thinking ...
drill and tap the 3 aluminum 'posts' and fab a 'connector retainer plate ' that bolts onto the posts

kinda curious as to why an 'engineer' allows hyd pressure to blast out the connector.....

It will not blast the connector as long as the o rings are in place.
