Does anyone know if you can return a bx? Had it 3 weeks and have only been able to put 4 hours on it. It has been down twice already.

That’s going to be a question for the dealer. Buying a BX is not buying television at Walmart. It’s like buying a truck, they aren’t going to give your money back just because you don’t like it anymore. However, many dealers will work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

In addition to what BAP stated, you will have to check your State's lemon laws and see if tractors are covered under it. I believe many States cover just vehicles under their Lemon Law and you would have to deal with your issue under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

This is assuming your issue with the BX is mechanical and not buyers remorse.

You should contact Kubota Cares to have the issues documented and be sure the dealership has set up a case number for the warranty repair. Keep good records. I found Kubota doesn't respond to the customer and everything has to go through the dealership.

What do you mean "has been down"? What issues have you had?

Our state has a 30-day clause to return new purchases, with special conditions sometimes if the equipt is defective. Your dealer may be able to answer the question…or your consumer advocate society.
