Running a SA10 post hole auger off rear remotes.

I have a B2601 and alot of fencing to do for an rotational grazing plan.
Obviously a third function is ideal but is it possible with hose extensions to run a hydraulic auger off the rear remote. Thanks

Sure, why not ? Same as going out back door of house instead of front one .

Just be sure that you have enough hydraulic GPM to run the auger efficiently. The std 1/4" rear remotes for that tractor are only rated at a 3 GPM flow.
It looks like Land Pride figures it works fine.

No real difference than a third function.

WSM says rated flow of implement pump is 5.2 GPM. @1900 PSI. Compare that to the hydraulic requirements of the PHD.

Spec says 4 - 8 gpm for the SA10, so he should be ok.

Unless your rear remotes choke down the flow it shouldn't be a problem.
I've got an sa-10 for my bx23s. Basically the same flow you have and it runs fine.
