These folks seem to be up for it; standard warrior bust statue or something custom. A little pricey but unless you run across one of those artists at a fair or something not sure what other options you’d have.

Other than Photoshop, or sewing him into it, I’m failing to figure out how that shirt was put on that statue.

Author Steven King had a tree in his yard in Ban'ga Maine made into a book shelf a couple years ago. We stopped on our way thru from a atv/fishing trip up north.

They change his shirt depending on holidays, major events etc. Recently he had a St Pat's shirt. His wife buys an XL shirt and cuts the back open
Best to cut down a tree but leave it about 10' from the ground, so the artist can cut it to the size that he feels best for his carvings. The reason behind this is so it can't easily be liberated from your property. My vet has a German Shepard that was modeled after his dog in his front yard. You have to maintain them or they will start to rot, but when you spend what one of those sculptures costs, you will take care of it.
Had a carver stop, wanted some free logs(Linden ?) I'd put roadside.he wanted the smaller ones to carve bears. showed me pictures, nice little bears ! I said take one of the bigger ones (4' chainsaw wouldn't cut them..). I'm not an artist for sure BUT I could 'see' 3 bears holding hands in a circle,say around the 'honey tree'.
Most will carve cedar,easy to cut, smells nice too !
