I have a 54" Everything Attachment box blade for my B2320. I am upgrading tractors to either the B2601, or LX2610. The LX2610 will work better for most of my needs (moving big rocks, stumping trees, pushing snow, etc..), but I won't be able to afford a bigger box blade if I get the bigger tractor. Will I be able to get by with the 54" box blade on the LX2610 for grading my 600 ft gravel driveway? Or do I get the smaller B2601 tractor? The struggle is real.

You absolutely can get by with running the 54" box blade.
I run a very light duty 48" box blade behind my L2501. I purchased the box blade for my B7100 and just have never gotten around to buying a proper sized box blade for the L2501. Dug two wild life ponds, built trails and maintain 3/4 mile of gravel easement . Is it the best choice for the L2501 ? Nope, but does work.
I would not limit your tractor choice to what implement you already own IMHO.

Get the LX. Upgrading a box blade later, is way-way cheaper than upgrading a tractor.
Besides that, a 54 box is good to go on an LX.

The Kubota website lists the B2601 as 49"wide and the , LX2610 as 53.7. The box blade will work just fine with the LX, and you will happier with the larger tires and added traction.
If you don't need a mid mount PTO, you might also consider the LX2610SUHSD
