Just got an l3350, oil looks over full but does not look like coolant or smell like diesel, radiator empty and has a little smoke after startup. First startup the tractor fired right up sounds and runs good but lots of white smoke. Going to
Dive in it. Most likely a head gasket? Any thoughts

Most likely cracked head, a lot more common than head gasket failure.
If it's been run (which you say you have) there is also a very high chance that bearings will be damaged too.
Water / coolant in the oil does a lot of bad thing in a hurry.
Now for some possibly really bad news.
That DPF system is very likely loaded with junk and possibly damaged.
If you get the head or head gasket fixed, Do a forced regen and hope for the best.

Wish you the best!

Thanks for the insight, I’ll let you know what I find when I dig into it
