Sidekick XG850 Battery?

Well my battery is staring to go bad on my XG850. It is a Group 26 with 560 CA. I checked all the Auto parts places and the tractor places in town, and no one has one. I kept finding the group 26 with 540CA.

One of the auto places said if the battery was made before 2019 they changed the way they rated them. Mine is a 2018.

So two questions.

What is the biggest group size battery I can use?

Will the newer 54CA work without it slow cranking?

Yes the 540CCA will work fine.
Make sure it's not 540 CA as a 540CCA should have a 650 CA rating.

Walmart sells a 540CCA, group 26 battery for $69.74.
Tough to beat that price, and I have had very good/cost effective results with Walmart batteries.
I am currently using 7 Walmart batteries!

Second on the Walmart batteries. I have had fairly good luck with them and they are very economical. Get a battery maintainer with the $$ you save.
