I have an older L3130 that I had been using for about 4 hrs Sunday. Turned it to get something to eat and when I tried to start it as I turned the key heard a loud pop from behind the dash. It was getting dark and couldn't get to work on it until this Wed. Looking to see if anyone has a idea of what it could be before I can get to it.
Thanks in advance.
I looked at the wiring diagram for the L3130 HST model and was surprised to see 5 slow blow fuses in addition to many regular fuses.
Here is a slow blow color chart up to 60 amps but the wiring diagram has one going to 80 amps.
Answer North Idaho Wolfman's question about what is or is not working now. It will help zero in on what color of fuse may have blown.
Please post photos of the top of your batter + where the ground cable connects to the frame. A poor connection can fail under load with a pop.
