Is there a parts kit or instructions on adding a hydraulic top link to a B7100? Is this possible?

It is possible but you will need a remote hydraulic valve unless you choose to operate it from a FEL valve.
You can probably still buy the remote valve from Kubota.

This would be a 100% custom DYI project.
If you have a B7100 with the hydraulic block in front of your right foot then you can get an adapter block from @torch and tap into the hydraulics.
The valve can be a generic valve from places like Surplus center, you will need open center and power beyond.
Might even find a cylinder there, you will need to know extended and retracted length.
Hose can be ordered from mutiple sources, like discount hose.
You will need to add a "lock" to the cylinder to keep it from drifting.
You'll more than likely need to have the ends of the cylinder altered to fit the mounting points.

I used this method…then purchased a hyd toplink cylinder/hoses separately. Pulling the knob lets me use the FEL joystick to adjust the toplink…then restore the knob to the closed position to return the joystick to loader-control. (That second action is easy to forget tho’…)

Very possible but no kits that i know of. You will need to buy anappropriately sized toplink, Then its a matter of hooking up a control valve and adding rear outlets if needed. Instructions are pretty simple. Do you have a loader?

Then all you need is the top link, an inexpensive control valve, a few hoses, and a pair of quick connect outlets. You also need to pick a place to mount the valve. My personal choice would be bolt it to the top of the right fender. Its a convenient location and easy to do. And I would not do just one set of remotes - I would do two. The incremental cost for the valve is coffee money and you don't have to add the outlets until later.

Forum supporter Summit Hydraulics offers a diverter valve to control a cylinder circuit as well. Would be handy for something like the hydraulic links done by the FitRite gentleman.

Having a B7100 and a handful of attachments of various sizes and weights, my question is why? Adding a hydraulic top link will cost hundreds of dollars and with all my adjusting be it back blade or brush hog I've never had an issue just reaching behind me and turning the top link by hand.

Adding a single rear remote will cost $200 and is a useful addition to any tractor. Take maybe am hour to install and can be used for much more than just a top link.
A hydraulic top link is another $150. Its utility is more debatable but far more think it is worth the cost than dont't. I for one am quite sure I cannot adjust the toplink on any of my tractors, including a B7200, from the seat.
Most people can make those sorts of cost/benefit decisions for themselves when armed with the facts.
