Non of my lights are working. No work lights no head lights or signals. I have power to the wiper switch on my panel but the switch lights on the work light switches do not light up. All fuses in the under dash box seem good. Anyone else seen this problem or have an idea of the cause.

Rather than "seem good" - pull them, test or replace them - see if any that look good are not. BTDT

I checked all the fuses. Non were blown. The switches on the panel do not light up when flipped. How ever the wiper switch on the same panel works. The head lights are on a togle on my turn signal handle.they are not working either or my hazard lights.

Your going to need to look at the WSM (aka The Service Manual) and test wiring.
take the floor mat out
under it you will find a plate, bolted to the floor. Wires run through it. Take the plate off.
Find the wires and connectors. See if any of them are corroded. Fix them if they are.
