L3901HST no cab

Trying to help friend with this L3901HST who lives some distance from me.
He says his tractor does not have a mid pto but I am not certain he would know one if he saw it.
If anyone knows if the machine already would have a mid pto or if one could be added I would appreciate knowing.

No mid-pto and no provision for adding one on any of the L01s.
