Hydraulic Issues with Ansung loader

I recently purchased an Ansung 2545C-QB loader for my L3901.

The loader did not come with an installation manual. So I hooked up all the hoses exactly as they are shown on the Parts manual (I checked it many many
times) but when I hook it up to the loader the cylinders barely move (the cylinders nudge about 1/16" if I bump the controller arm rapidly). Also my three point hitch
on the tractor won't pick up now.

I tried loosening all the connections under load to bleed out air but I'm
not sure if I did that right. And that didn't work.

Is there anything else I need to know? Do I need to adjust hydraulic
pressure or bleed it somewhere else?

All you need to do is correct the connections. You have something plumbed incorrectly. It could be the connections to the tractor, the connections to the cylinders, or both.

Based on your loss of 3pt finction I would guess its the connections to the tractor. That should be three hoses plumbed into the hydraulic outlet block under the right floorboard. Did you get an outlet block cover from Kubota or did it come with the loader? Post a picture of those connections.

Also tell us exactly how you hooked it up to the valve. A picture of the diagram in your parts manual for example.

EDIT: I Found the Ansung diagram and the connections shown in it are not correct for an OEM outlet block. Post a picture if the block on your tractor.

Thanks for the reply Dan I'll get all those pictures and be more specific when I get back home unless the ansung parts manual is wrong I'm pretty sure I have all the hoses hooked up the way they're supposed to be but I'll give you some detail and pictures on that

The connections in the diagram do not match the layout of the ports on the Kubota auxiliary outlet block. Did you get an outlet block adapter with the loader or did you buy one from Kubota?

Sounds like the new valve is plumbed in parallel, not in series with the the rockshaft/3PH valve. Hydraulic fluid, like electricity, will 'take the path of least resistance' back to the tank, and that won't be the valve commanding work

Headed home to get info. Thanks!
Post a picture of the hydraulic block that you got with the loader. There is no reason for it to be a different port layout from the OEM block. The OEM block is rectangular and roughly 3/4" thick. The Ansung parts manual does not have a part number for that block. I suspect the diagram is generic.and the installer is expected to hook them up as required for the tractor. Your owners manual shows the OEM port layout.

I contacted Weaver Compact Tractor (where I bought it) they send me a connection diagram they made up. I rearranged the hoses and everything is working fine!

Thanks very much to all of you for the input, I learned a lot!

Yes, that matches the port layout on the OEM outlet block. Here is the diagram from your L3901 operators manual.

B is pump out
C is power beyond return
D is tank return

BTW... Warning to o anyone else buying one of these... The parts manual is a not correct. Use the attached diagram.
I would not call it incorrect - it a genetir parts diagram. Conncct the hoses exactly as they labeled them using the port assignments from your tractor owners manual.
